Description of the seminar
As part of the seminar offered together with Oliver Wyman, new innovative business models for energy suppliers will be developed and the necessary approaches and techniques will be taught.
Course contents
The seminar is divided into four events with the following content:
- Business model innovations
- Performance management and financial business models
- Presentation techniques and final presentation
In the seminar, each small group develops a new business model for an energy supplier - with the help of the theoretical content - and presents it to the end date in the form of a presentation.
