The above-mentioned lecture will take place in the context of the colloquia of the Forschungsgesellschaft Energie (FGE e.V.) in the summer semester 2020.

It takes up the lecture ff. topic:

Unlocking GWs of available transfer capacity on Germany's transmission system starting today (the event will only take place in german)

Speakers will be Mark Norton and Dr. Daniel Schweer, Smart Wire Grid Europe Limited.

The following aspects will be addressed:

  • SmartValve: A modular and scalable power flow control technology
  • Differences to existing power flow control technology
  • Impact on congestion management in Germany

Target group: Students, assistants, interested public.

Location: Lecture hall EA of the IAEW, Schinkelstraße 6

Start: 18.00 hours
